Off Topic » Need help identifying burnt IC chip to replace ?

hello,

I turn on my Dell Server T710 and there was a burnt smell. All my usb port stop working and has no power. Unable to boot due to stuck at screen to press any key to continue. I found two burnt ic chip. I did found another ic chip that is not burnt but has a different number, so not sure if they are the same or not. If you can identifying the burnt chip please provide link where to purchase.

T127 is the one i found that is similar to the burn one, but has 95 instead of 98 !
