hello,


I have a situation where an entire new installation has been installed with it's own HV/LV 800kVA transformer and is a TN-S earthing arrangement combined HV earthing system (cold site). Part of the lighting of the new installation (walkway LED plastic bollards) are within 2.5 meters of another buildings external air-conditioning heat pump, the building in question is fed from a different supply system as it's not part of the new installation.The new installation earth reference is 165 meters from the building in question (been the HV RMU earth nest location).

What are the requirements for this situation? I can't find anything in BS7671 at present.
