But its habit for me so Im still trying to break out of those. Or like when Im turning, hes like, No, you have to put your elbow in, but I keep doing it as if Im doing a twist on floor or something.And then there are the hips, a frequent subject of the judges comments on the show.Youre not supposed to move your hips in gymnastics, so that was caged away for a while, but now my partner Val is trying to bring that back and its interesting, Hernandez said. The first week I was like, Im scared to move my hips.
