Off Topic » Hardware or software issue ?

Hello,

i recently bought my machine, as i live in Brasil this is a big deal because here is twice or triple more expensive and we earn triple less also...
My config is 8gb ram
gtx 1070 g1 gaming
i7 6700
The problem is im noticing slight freezes in RAINBOW SIX SIEGE like 1 or half second ...And this time i was playing defending the base\bomb and when the enemy team rushed trough the room\explosion i got like 3 big fps drops
im worried because this machine is like 1 week old and i have spent like 1300 dolars on it

Btw the rest of the game fps is like 150~220 FPS because i still dont own a full HD monitor
