Off Topic » Making an image fit Windows 10 admin picture circle

Hello,

The desired image I wanted to use was apparently too large and it's ends were chopped off. So I resized it rather small. Windows enlarged it so now the image is fuzzy. I haven't found anything that explains optimal size or file extension image to use.
