Off Topic » Problem with new Fantom X7 - Key failed

Hello,

About a week after receiving my new X7 one of the keyboard keys (B3) has stopped working. I've tried a factory reset + power off/on and the problem persists. I thought I'd ask you guys for any suggestions before sending it back in case I'm missing something obvious.

Bummer - I really like the X7 but am wondering about the long-term reliability of these things....
