hello,

I work in IT and a 3rd party supplier has software which is a desktop Windows application. Part of the functionality of the application opens up Microsoft Word. However this is opening in the background rather than in front of the application so the user has to minimise the app to view the opened Word file.
I was initially told to try editing the foregroundLockTimeout value in the registry to zero but this has had no effect. I have rebooted. We use Windows 8.1.
I have raised this with the supplier, awaiting their feedback.
