So the company I'm currently working for wants to launch an app about medical services localization (pharmacies, hospitals, etc.) and information about them. The problem is, they proceeded with the development without even doing market research, and here we are at a critical step of the project where we really need a market research, but we don't know where to start since the app is already fully developed. How do you do a market research post-creation for an app?
