Funny pics, vids and more » Unable to log on into uplay ?

hello,

I'm trying to log in since last 2 days into my uplay acc but im getting an error called "a Ubsoft service is not available at a moment. Please try again later or try offline". i tried to start it offline but then says "must be online for 1 log in.

Please help.
