Off Topic » My computer will only open to first screen in safe mode !

hello,

Can only open ASUS computer in safe mode. I need to shut down and do a recover back to yesterday. Lose connectivity a lot. Big red X over flag(banner) on tool bar. I am able to connect with the internet.
Computer runs at an incredibly slow pace. Don't know why. Tech360 doesn't know why. I can't afford to have drive(s) wiped out and to reinstall Windows. It looks as though files are being replicated (outlook files in particular. Keep getting pop up wanting to change the hard drive, but I don't know who it's from or what it does. I have hundreds on emails in Outlook. Server uses a tunnel that computer keeps warning me is unsafe.
